Introduction to Urethane Lining
Urethane lining is a process that involves covering the exterior of metals such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass with urethane rubber. By coating the areas around hardware and iron cores with urethane rubber, it prevents direct contact between metals, thereby avoiding damage to the hardware. Additionally, by imparting the properties of rubber, it can provide friction and cushioning effects.
We procure everything in-house, including the core material, so costs are low! You can also leave it to us if it's just urethane lining.
We handle everything from the production of core materials to lining. We conduct inspections after core processing and after lining processing, ensuring reliable quality that satisfies our customers. Production is possible at low cost, even for just one piece.
